Configure Microsoft Graph API Permissions

This procedure describes how to configure the appropriate permissions to connect to Microsoft Graph API that is used to interface with Microsoft Teams to retrieve the Call Notifications.

To configure Microsoft Graph permissions:
1. In the Navigation pane, select API permissions.

2. Click Add a permission.
3. Search for Permission Call Records.

4. Set permission CallRecords.Read.All to enable access to retrieved call notifications.
5. You can optionally set permission User.Read to display caller details in retrieved call records.

6. Do one of the following:
If you are onboarding the customer, enter the Application (client) ID and Secret Value in the Onboarding wizard (see Onboarding with Hosted Pro or Onboarding with Hosted Essentials +).
If you have already onboarded the customer, in the Customer portal, open the Microsoft 365 Settings screen (see Securing Microsoft 365 Service Provider Access).

a. In the Azure Application Id field, enter the Application (client) ID configured in Register Microsoft Teams Application.
b. In the Azure Application Password field, enter the Secret Value configured in Register Microsoft Teams Application.
c. Click Save QOE Integration settings. A confirmation is displayed.

7. Open the Live Platform portal. Note that a "Teams Side" entity has been added for the customer (see Getting Started).

8. Make a Teams Call.

9. Open the Calls List to view the Call details (see Monitoring Calls from Customer Sites).
